The room was beautifully maintained, outstanding and included a writing table and a couch. Location: the hotel was right by many restaurants in walking distance and Plano, TX and Dallas. Also, we were 2 miles from popular place such as Artcentre of Plano.

It was really really nice time in Plano. The hotel was fairly clean, everything was very good. The staff was willing to help with any issue. The location turned out to be comfy, next to Dallas for business, several good restaurants and Plano, TX on a business trip.

The hotel walls may be thin, as noise from neighboring rooms can be audible at times.

My stay at Fairfield Inn was for business purposes and lasted two nights. The hotel provided everything I needed to make my stay hassle-free, including a spacious and comfortable room equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. The shower design was brilliant, allowing easy adjustments without getting soaked. The staff was friendly and efficient, accommodating my late check-in and even offering a public office area where I could check in for my flight. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious, with rare treats like bacon, making my mornings even better.

I was satisfied with the beautifully maintained room, there were hairdryers, a walk-in shower and bath sheets just in case. The wonderful and substantial breakfast had variety of meals and the food I tasted was good. The staff was very attentive and was willing to help with every need. The location was perfect and magnificent - very close to Plano, TX on a business trip and restaurants and highway and the Plano Convention Center.

The a double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was tastefully decorated. This hotel was located in a remote area next to great restaurants, Dallas for business and the Plano Convention Center. Furthermore, near I-75.

We had a great stay at Fairfield Inn. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice shower and fast internet. The breakfast was above average and the coffee was very good. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel.
